Clear Path Project

The Clear Path Project by Minimizr is a community-focused initiative dedicated to helping individuals and families create safe, functional, and manageable living spaces.

Through direct outreach on social media and local connections, Minimizr identifies community members who need support but may not have the resources to access professional organizing or cleaning services.

Since May 2025, Minimizr has donated over 26 hours of free cleaning and organization services on Whidbey Island, providing hands-on assistance that helps reduce overwhelm, improve safety, and restore peace of mind.

The Clear Path Project is rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief that a clear space can create a clearer path forward.

Community Matters

The Clear Path Project: Collaborative Impact

What began as a solo effort has grown into a powerful collaboration of professionals who share a passion for service, dignity, and transformation.

This project is proudly supported by a team of aligned partners:

Minimizr – Founder and lead organizer of the Clear Path Project, Minimizr specializes in deep cleaning, functional organization, and hoarding intervention. The focus is not just on cleaning spaces, but on restoring safety, structure, and peace of mind.

Sierra Nolan,

Minimizr Behavior Analyst,

A critical component of the project, Sierra provides behavioral insight and personalized plans to help clients maintain their progress. Her work ensures that each transformation goes beyond the physical space, addressing habits, routines, and underlying challenges to create lasting change.

Practically Magic Cleaning Services

By providing professional cleaning expertise,  supplies and heart to each project, Practically Magic plays a key role in executing high-quality deep cleans. As a life long resident of Whidbey Island she holds a special connection to the community.  Her commitment to excellence ensures that every space is treated with care, respect, and attention to detail.

Epic Visions

Epic Visions contributes through helping expand the reach and impact of the Clear Path Project via video footage. Their involvement strengthens the mission by capturing all that the clear path project has to offer and when she isn't recording she is right there helping clean as well.

Together, this team creates a holistic approach—combining deep cleaning, organization, behavioral support, and community resources—to not only reset homes, but to empower individuals to move forward with clarity and confidence.

how to be considered

How to Be Considered
Individuals or families may be considered for the Clear Path Project through direct outreach on social media, community referrals, or by submitting a request to Minimizrllc@gmail.com.

Due to limited availability, services are provided based on need, safety concerns, and current capacity. Not all requests can be fulfilled, but every submission is reviewed with care and confidentiality. Priority may be given to situations involving health, safety, major life transitions, or other significant challenges.

community support

The Clear Path Project by Minimizr is supported in part through community contributions that help offset the cost of supplies, labor, and transportation required to provide free organizing and cleaning services.

While Minimizr is a for-profit business, we welcome voluntary contributions from individuals who wish to support this work. Contributions are not tax-deductible and should not be considered charitable donations.

We also gratefully accept in-kind support, including unused or new cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and boxes, which are used directly in Clear Path Project services.

To contribute financially or donate supplies, please contact Minimizr directly through our website or social media to coordinate drop-off or delivery. All support is applied with transparency, integrity, and care to help sustain and expand our impact within the community.
