   Our services are intended for organization and decluttering purposes only. We do not provide services for hazardous materials, illegal substances, or activities that may require specialized knowledge or certifications outside of standard organization techniques. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any potential risks or special considerations before we begin the service.

2. Liability:Minimizr takes all reasonable precautions while performing services; however, we are not liable for any damage to items or property, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. Clients are advised to secure fragile or valuable items prior to the service.

3. Health and Safety:
   It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all areas are safe for the provision of services, including the removal of any health or safety hazards (e.g., mold, pests, sharp objects). We reserve the right to refuse service if the workspace is deemed unsafe.

4. Confidentiality:
   We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information shared with us will be kept confidential, and we will not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

5. No Guarantees:
   While we aim to achieve the best possible results based on your goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., the time required for completion, exact results, or the client's satisfaction with the results).

6. Client Responsibility:
   Clients are responsible for any prior preparations needed to make the space accessible for organization (e.g., clearing large furniture, removal of items, etc.). Additional fees may apply if extra work or time is required to prepare the space.

7. Indemnity:
   Clients agree to indemnify and hold Minimizr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s actions, negligence, or failure to comply with safety standards during the service.

8. Changes to Terms:
   We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. All updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
